The eT60 the first fully electric ute available in Australia, which is no mean feat for Chinese brand LDV. It misses out on four-wheel drive and many of the advanced safety features you get in other four-wheel drive utes, but an 88kWh battery pack gives a claimed 330 kilometers of electric driving range between recharges. LDV’s electric ute has a 1000kg payload and relatively low 1000kg braked towing capacity, and LDV’s data indicates that the driving range will halve when hauling (and/or towing). The LDV eT60 is also around double the price of a diesel-powered LDV T60 Pro 4X4.
